As soon as I took a step into Tovi Hair Salon, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The two workers are very wholesome and very friendly. They told me to sit on a chair allocated to me and they got straight into cutting my hair. They were very precise and accurate to the haircut I showed them. They are very fast and efficient. They also give a nice wash to finish it off. Overall, Tovi Hair Salon is a great place to go when looking for a haircut.
